Set your foreground on gradient-linear-angle 0-repetition 1.

Open a new transparent image 650 x 900 px.
Fill with the gradient.
Duplicate the layer.
Go to image-free rotate-Finch left and 90-all layers.
Activate top layer.
Go to plugins-Unlimited-FunHouse-Angulate.

New raster layer. Fill with gradient.
New mask layer from image-choose Narah-Mask0157.
Layers Merge group.
Layer-Merge down.

Draw a selection on the middle rectangle.
New raster layer.
Copy the tube Lady-112 and paste into selection.
Set the layer opacity to 59.
Select None.
Set the layer on luminance.
Put your course on linear-angle 45-repetition 1-invert.
New raster layer.
Draw a selection on the left rectangle.

Fill with gradient.
Effects-texture effects-mosaic antiques.

Select None.
Copy deco-1, paste on your creation.
Specify drop shadow as above.
Duplicate the deco and put Nice next to it repeat until you have 4 cubes.
Close all layers except those of the cubes. Add the visible layers together.
Open showing all layers.
Duplicate the merged layer.
Reverse merge layer down low.
Duplicate layer, layer.
4-4-47-10 – black drop shadow.

Copy the deco-2-Steve and paste on your rectangle.
Specify the same drop shadow.
Duplicate the layer and mirror.
New raster layer.
Draw a selection rectangle next to it.
Copy the 12283242508 and paste in tube selection.
Select None.
Duplicate layer, layer.
Copy deco 3-Henry and paste on your creation.
Put it down see example.
Duplicate the layer.
Low reverse.
Merge layer down.
Duplicate layer, layer.
Flatten all layers.
Give another edge of 1px white.

Put your name on your design, make it on format and save as JPG.
