Open a new image of 900 x 650 px transparent.
Plugins-Medhi-Wavy-lab 1.

New raster layer and fill with foreground color.
New mask layer layers from image, choose your picture cosmos-collection.
Layers Merge group.
Adjust-sharpness-sharpen.
Plugins-AP (lines)-satin.


Layer-Merge down.

New raster layer.
Selection-load selection from disk sel-01-les-08-2018-Rooske.
Copy the flower tube 0-12056f.
Paste into selection.
Plugins-DSB Flux-Blast.


Select None.

Duplicate layer, layer.
Layer-Merge down.
Put this layer to bleaching.
Flatten all layers.

New raster layer.
Selection-load selection from disk sel-02-les-08-2018-Rooske.
Copy the tubee0-141 4b (flower).
Paste into selection, select None.

Copy the text tube Valentine and paste on your creation.
Put as in example.
6-6-38-10-black drop shadow.

Copy the deco2en paste on your creation.
Set the layer on luminance.
Turn left and enter the same drop shadow.
Duplicate the layer and mirror.

Activate bottom layer.
Copy the flower 0-24dce4 and paste on your creation.
Move all links as in my example.
Flatten all layers.

Copy the tube woman and stick on your creation.
Mirror the layer and put right.
Specify drop shadow as above.
Flatten all layers.

Image add borders 1 px pink.
Image add borders 50px white.
Open the deco-2.
Adjust-hue and saturation-colorize 2-28
Copy and paste links in the white border.
Specify drop shadow as above.
Duplicate the layer and mirror.
Flatten all layers.

Put your name on your design and make it custom.
Save your design as a JPG.
